The SWTT Partnership brings together placement schools and organisations who share a mission to put the best teachers in front of the children in our communities. We believe that great teaching is the best way to ensure all young people experience success.

To recruit and train teachers with this ethos, we work in partnership with:

Exeter Consortium Schools Alliance

Our long-standing partner delivering School Direct QTS/PGCE training across Exeter and Devon. 

Torquay Academy

An influential partner for SWTT, hosting and training in a variety of different subjects.

Reach Academy, Feltham

A distant partner with shared values, working with SWTT to deliver School Direct Primary and Secondary training in Feltham.

Marine Academy Primary School and Lipson Cooperative Academy

Part of our emerging Plymouth Hub, recruiting now for our Provider-Led Primary Programme with Marine Academy, as well as all Secondary subjects with Lipson Cooperative Academy.

 

Our Placement Schools

The SWTT Placement Schools change year on year, but our core group of partners reaches across the South West of England, ensuring every trainee has access to an excellent training environment.
